Ўзбекистон Республикаси Президентининг 2018 йил 5 сентябрдаги “Халқ таълимини бошқариш тизимини такомиллаштириш бўйича қўшимча чора-тадбирлар тўғрисида”ги ПФ-5538 фармонида раҳбар ва педагог ходимларни танлаш, тайёрлаш, қайта тайёрлаш ва малакасини оширишнинг илғор ва шаффоф ташкилий-ҳуқуқий механизмларини татбиқ этиш йўли билан халқ таълими тизимида кадрлар сиёсатини шакллантиришнинг замонавий тамойилларини жорий этиш вазифалари белгилаб берилган. Шу билан бирга, Ўзбекистон Республикаси Президентининг 2018 йил 5 сентябрдаги “Халқ таълими тизимига бошқарувнинг янги тамойилларини жорий этиш чора-тадбирлари тўғрисида”ги ПҚ-3931-сонли қарорига мувофиқ, мазмун ва сифат жиҳатидан халқаро талабларга жавоб берадиган, илғор педагогик ва ахборот-коммуникация технологияларини қўллаган ҳолда янгиланган ўқув режалари ва дастурларига мувофиқ ишлаб чиқилган ўқув ва ўқув-методик адабиётларнинг янги авлодини тайёрлаш ва нашр этишни ташкил қилишни тақазо этади.

Gigienik talablar buyumning nimaga mo‗ljallanganligiga bog‗liq. Ichki kiyim va yozgi kiyimlarning havo o‗tkazuvchanligi va gigroskopikligi yaxshi, qulay, oson yuviladigan bo‗lishi keraq Qishlik kiyimlar issiq bo‗lishi, plashlar suv o‗tkazmasligi kerak va hokazo.

Ишчи ўқув дастури Ўзбекистон Республикасининг “Таълим тўғрисида”ги ва “Кадрлар тайёрлаш миллий дастури тўғрисида”ги қонунларига, Ўзбекистон Республикаси Президентининг 2017 йил 7 февралдаги “Ўзбекистон Республикасини янада ривожлантириш бўйича Ҳаракатлар стратегияси тўғрисида”ги ПФ-4947-сонли Фармони, 2018 йил 5 сентябрдаги “Халқ таълими тизимига бошқарувнинг янги тамойилларини жорий этиш чора-тадбирлари тўғрисида”ги ПҚ-3931-сонли Қарори, шунингдек Ўзбекистон Республикаси Вазирлар Маҳкамасининг 2017 йил 6 апрелдаги “Умумий ўрта ва ўрта махсус, касб-ҳунар таълимининг давлат таълим стандартларини тасдиқлаш тўғрисида”ги 187-сонли Қарорида белгиланган устивор вазифалар мазмунидан келиб чиққан ҳолда тузилган бўлиб, у замонавий талаблар асосида технология фани ўқитувчилари малакасини ошириш жараёнларининг мазмунини такомиллаштириш ҳамда уларнинг касбий компетентлигини мунтазам ошириб боришни назарда тутади.
