Antenna gain is essential for microwave communication, and since it helps both transmitting and receiving, it is doubly valuable. Practical microwave antennas provide high gain within the range of amateur fabrication skills and budgets. Three types of microwave antennas meet these criteria: horns, lenses and dishes. Homs are simple, foolproof and easy to build; a 10-GHz horn with 17 dB of gain fits in the palm of a hand. Metal-plate lenses are easy to build, light in weight and noncritical to adjust.1 Finally, dishes can provide extremely high gain; a 2-foot dish at 10 GHz has more than 30 dB of gain, and much larger dishes are available.

MATLAB: Simulink for Digital Communication
This book has been designed as a reference book for students or engineers studying communication systems possibly in the curriculum of Electrical Engineering program rather than a text book for any course on communication. Readers are supposed to have taken at least two junior-level courses, one on signals and systems and another one on probability and random processes. In other words, readers should have a basic knowledge about the linear system, Fourier transform, Laplace transform, z -transform, probability, and random processes although the first two chapters of this book provide a brief overview of some background topics to minimize the necessity of the prerequisite courses and to refresh their memory if nothing else. It is not the aim of this book to provide any foundation in the basic theory of digital communication since the authors do not have such a deep knowledge as to do it.

Analog and Digital Communication Systems
The book is intended as an introductory text for the study of analog and/or digital communication systems, with or without noise. Although all necessary background material has been included, prerequisite courses in linear systems analysis and in probability are helpful. The text stresses a mathematical systems approach to all phases of the subject mat- fer. The mathematics used throughout is as elementary as possible, but is carefully chosen so as not to contradict any more sophisticated approach that may eventually be required. An attempt is made to apply intuitive techniques prior to grinding through the mathematics.

Unda YUMB kimyosi va fizikasi toliq va chuqur tarzda o‘z aksini topgan. Kitobda YUMBlarning polimerlash, sopolimerlash, polikondensatlash va boshqa usullar vositasida sintez qilish va bu jarayonlarning mexanizmi yoritilgan. YUMBlar eritmalari nazariyasi, polimerlarning fizik-kimyoviy asoslari - yuqori molekulyar birikmalaming fazaviy va fizikaviy holatlari hamda fazaviy, ustmolekulyar strukturasi, mexanik, reologik va elektr xossalari bayon qilingan. «Bank ishi» faniga bag‘ishlangan navbatdagi darslikda oddiy va sodda tilda, savol va javob tariqasida bank tizimi to‘g‘risida tushuncha, bank ishi fanining predmeti va obyekti, uning faoliyatidagi tavakkal- chilikni baholash, bank kreditini berish siyosati, bankning investitsion funksiyalari va bank menejmenti kabi masalalar yoritilgan. Darslik “Bank ishi” fanlari dasturlari asosida tayyorlangan. Darslikda bank ishiga taalluqli savollar va javoblar bilan birgalikda har bir bo‘lim bo‘yicha alohida tayanch iboralar va nazorat savollari keltirilgan.
